What is ManDay Hemp Hair Clay? Manday Hemp Clay was created out of Evan's need for a natural hair styling product with high hold and low shine that actually worked in his hair. 2 years of research, development, trial, and error led to the creation of this amazing hair product. Hemp Hair Clay utilizes an unique blend of Alberta Bee's Wax, Rice Bran Wax, and Candellila Wax to provide a high hold while Mango butter, Rosehip oil, and Canadian-grown Hemp Seed oil nourish the hair and scalp. We add full plant ground Hemp fibre as well as Bentonite and Kaolin Clay to absorb oil to create a dry, textured finish to the hair. Once applied the clays swell to add volume and texture to their hair for the perfect natural matte style.
Manday Hemp Clay provides a natural, matte finish that can be kept in for days and restyled without being completely shampooed out every day or getting overly greasy with multiple applications.

Who is the dude on the label? We dedicated the label of Hemp Pomade to co-founder Evan Ward who formulated this product in his quest to make a wicked, natural hair clay. Evan racked up an epic amount of credit card debt and trashed his credit rating to help grow Manday to where it is today. He also formulates, manufactures, and hand makes all Manday products in our Calgary lab while building our website, chatting with our customers and retail stores, and sort-of running the Manday Instagram page. Our 50g Hemp Clay is the first product in the world to be available in cosmetic jars that are made of 25% hemp to help reduce our environmental impact and usage of plastic. This is a small step in the right direction and we are dedicated to expanding hemp-based packaging across our entire product line.
Directions & Usage Tips: Best applied in damp hair, take a healthy scoop (the size of your fingernail) and place it in the palm of your hand. Rub hands together to warm the clay until it breaks down into a cream that is evenly spread on your hands. Starting at the back of your head and moving forward, rub the product into your hair in all directions to ensure the product completely coats hair. Comb product through hair to achieve desired style and let air dry/blow dry in.
