Refund policy

JoeBro understands it can be irritating to receive a product you are not completely satisfied with. We empathize and will gladly provide a refund.

We have a 30-day return & refund policy.  You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging or container. You will also need the receipt or order confirmation email.

To start a return & refund, contact us at contact@joebro.ca with the following information:

  • your name
  • your confirmation email

Once the request is received and accepted, JoeBro will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can address the issue and process a return/refund/exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
No exceptions are made once a product is used.
