Shipping Policy

Shipping is $15.00 on orders under $60 before tax.

Shipping is free on orders over $60 before tax.

Orders are shipped expedited shipping with Canada Post with tracking info.

All orders are processed within one business day.  (approx 4-6 hours during the hours of 8AM EST to 12AM EST.)  

Orders made after 4pm EST are submitted for shipping to Canada Post the next business day.

Orders made from 12:01 AM EST to 7:59 AM EST will be processed by 12pm EST the same business day including weekends and statutory holidays.

Typical delivery time is within 2 to 6 business days.

Due to COVID and unforeseen circumstances beyond JoeBros' control, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery - JoeBro can guarantee a high level of customer service, and empathy, if a delivery issue occurs.
